GECKOS

All payments must be made through PayPal. The animal(s)/product(s) will not ship until payment is made in full and complete.

30 day payment plans are accepted for animals over $300 (not including shipping). A 25% deposit of entire purchase price, including shipping, is required to hold any animal. An animal will not be held without a deposit. Payment plans and/or deposits cannot be transferred to another animal. If an animal is not paid for in full within the 30 days, the deposit is forfeited. Any money paid in addition to the deposit may be redeemed as store credit only. 25% of the full payment will be kept if a shipping date has not been agreed upon within 60 days, weather permitting.

Weather holds will be done free of charge. We will only ship during favorable weather conditions (40 degrees Fahrenheit to 80 degrees Fahrenheit) in both locations. Shipping above or below the favorable conditions voids the Live Arrival Guarantee.

All animals come with a Live Arrival Guarantee. Incorrect shipping address voids the guarantee. A failed first delivery account voids the guarantee. In the rare occurrence there is a DOA (dead on arrival), we must be contacted within 60 minutes of delivery. Photographic and video evidence must be presented in the case of a DOA. If determined a DOA, credit will be given to a gecko of equal or lesser value. Shipping of the new gecko is the buyer’s responsibility. Cash refunds will not be offered.

Geckos will be shipped priority overnight via Reptiles2You. We will only ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for next day arrival. No exceptions will be made. Shipping is currently only available to the lower 48 US states. A shipping date must be agreed upon before the gecko is shipped. Local pickup is available in Staten Island, NY. Packing supplies, cold packs and cryopaks are supplied free of charge, if they are needed for the shipment.

We are not responsible for injury or illness after the departure of the gecko. We are not responsible and will not offer partial refunds for tail drops during shipment. Sex done by pore check with a loupe does not guarantee sex. We will not offer refunds for improper sexing done by pore check. All geckos are pictured as real to life as possible. The appearance of the gecko may differ depending on, but not limited to: state of firing, lighting or settings of device the photo is viewed on.. Photos are taken in natural light with a digital camera.

Animals that cannot be cared for can be returned with no questions asked. Customer is responsible for shipping.

ISOPODS

All payments must be made through PayPal. Payment plans on isopods are not available. All payments may be made in full before being shipped.

We ship isopods between 45 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit in both locations. Heat, cold and cyropaks will be provided if need be. Shipping above or below the favorable weather conditions voids Live Arrival Guarantee. All animals are shipped through USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail. You must contact us to set up shipping dates before any animals will be shipped.

All isopods come with Live Arrival Guarantee. The guarantee is void in the case of a failed first delivery attempt. In the case of incorrect shipping address, the live arrival guarantee is void.

In the unlikely case of a DOA (dead on arrival), we require photographic proof within 60 minutes of delivery. We will offer a replacement culture for the same number if more than half of culture is DOA. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We do not offer cash refunds. We are not responsible for deaths after the departure of the isopods.

Isopods come as a mix of adults and juveniles. They are not sexed. We are not responsible for the diversity of sex or age in cultures. Number of animals per culture are hand counted by number.
